GENERAL

The GR Mountain Silvaplana – St. Moritz website and its services are made available to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other provisions published on our website(s). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. It is advisable to keep a copy for future reference.
GR Mountain Silvaplana – St. Moritz is a trading name of GR Engadin AG, Via dal Farrer 16, 7513 Silvaplana, CHE-463.827.326. Contact: info@gr-mountain.ch.

CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). If payment is made in euros (EUR), the provider’s daily exchange rate applies.
For online payments, the user confirms that they are the cardholder or have received the cardholder’s express authorization. All credit/debit card transactions are processed via a secure online payment gateway.
Covid-19 surcharge: In the event of a lockdown, a pro-rated credit note will be issued.

REFUNDS

Refunds due to injury or illness are issued only upon presentation of a Swiss medical certificate. Only unused days will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY – SINGLE PRIVATE OR GROUP LESSONS

Cancellations or free booking changes are possible up to 16 days before the lesson (or the first lesson in case of packages) and must be confirmed by the ski school.
From 15 to 3 days before the lesson, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Less than 72 hours before the lesson: no refund.
In cases of serious injury or illness, the full amount will be refunded upon presentation of a Swiss medical certificate.
No refunds are issued for cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure). Private lessons take place in any weather. Course tickets are non-transferable. Unused course days are forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY – PACKAGES OF PRIVATE OR GROUP LESSONS

Once a lesson package is purchased, there is no refund.
Hours may be moved or cancelled up to 72 hours before the lesson, subject to notice and confirmation by the ski school.
After this deadline, hours cannot be changed or moved.
Unused hours may be rebooked until the end of the current season; thereafter they are forfeited.

SPORTS COURSE BOOKINGS

Course fees do not include equipment or lift tickets unless explicitly stated.
No compensation is provided for lessons cancelled due to lift failures.
Please inform us in advance of any dietary, medical or special needs so the instructor can take appropriate measures.
Complaints must be directed to the ski school management.
If a group is reduced to fewer than four participants, groups may be merged or lessons shortened.
Instructor changes may occur due to organizational needs.

INJURIES

The ski school assumes no responsibility for accidents occurring before, during or after lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of participants.

CONTENTS OF THE ONLINE OFFER

All deliveries and services resulting from online bookings are subject to these Terms.
The ski school assumes no liability for the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of any information provided. Claims for material or immaterial damage resulting from the use or non-use of information, or from incorrect or incomplete information, are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
All offers are non-binding and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

REFERENCES AND LINKS

The ski school is not responsible for external content on linked websites and has no influence on their current or future design.
The ski school expressly distances itself from any content changes made after linking. Liability rests solely with the provider of the linked site.

PAYMENT

Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are processed by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland. “TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING” will appear on your credit card statement.

JURISDICTION, PLACE OF PERFORMANCE AND GOVERNING LAW

The place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of GR Engadin AG in Silvaplana, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
